Our customer is a leading softwood wood processor of sawn timber for structural timber construction, the packaging industry and for facade cladding in spruce and Douglas fir from local products.

  • Planning, structuring and tracking of the necessary activities to achieve the agreed sales targets in industry and wholesale
  • Positive development of markets, sales and market shares
  • Offer rate and hit rate are important KPIs as a basis for evaluating sales work
  • Support for long-standing customers and acquisition of new customers in the agreed sales area
  • Exchange of information with customers and target groups, network building
  • Tracking ongoing projects, after sales
  • Participation in trade fairs/events
  • Project acquisition, processing and tracking, as well as contract negotiations, pricing and price negotiations • Receiving and processing complaints Requirements


  • Completed training with a technical and/or commercial focus
  • Product and industry knowledge, as well as sales experience
  • Confident demeanor, negotiation skills and closing confidence
  • Positive, sales and technology-savvy, people-oriented personality
  • Structured, independent way of working
  • Good networking skills
  • Strong communication skills with a high level of personal responsibility
  • Very good knowledge of English, ideally French
