European market leader in the building materials supply industry in the segment of high-quality building elements with 17 manufacturing companies in 9 countries and sales companies in 40 countries.

Kurzprofil der Funktion

  • Ensure CRM / C4C supports the business by leveraging insights from CRM C4C and provide recommendations to drive business value
  • Working closely with markets to ensure continuous improvement of sales efficiency and effectiveness
  • Work on important commercial projects such as commercial plans, partner programs
  • Define and share “best practices” across the Region
  • Deliver key frontline effectiveness projects such as customer segmentation, incentive structures across different professional target groups
  • Develop and execute best in class sales training formats
  • Up to 50 travel days to be expected



  • Master degree in business management
  • Experience in sales
  • Strong analytical toolbox and commercial understanding
  • Great problem solving and communication skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Super user of Microsoft Excel and PP, experience in Power BI preferable
  • Work experience from either corporate / commercial development functions or management consulting
  • Experience with B2B commercial topics like sales force efficiency / effectiveness
  • Excellent English skills
